Tantia Constructions bags Rs 51.4 cr contract


* Infrastructure project builder Tantia Constructions Ltd today said it has bagged a Rs 51.40 crore contract to build raw water pumping system and boost capacity of water treatment plant in Meghalaya.
Under the contract, it would build the plant in two phases, Tantia Constructions said in a filing to the Bombay Stock Exchange.
The project, awarded by the government of Meghalaya, includes laying of clear water gravity main and feeder pipelines and construction of clear water pumping system, it said.
Shares of the company closed at Rs 108.25, up 5.87 per cent from previous close on the BSE.
