Adani Enterprises fixes Record Date for Bonus Issue
Adani Enterprises Ltd has informed BSE that the Management Committee of the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on November 27, 2009 has fixed December 11, 2009 as record date for the purpose of determining entitlement for bonus shares in ratio of 1:1 to the members of the Company.
