Cox & Kings India's initial public offer got subscribed 6.31 times on the final day of issue today, with most of the bids coming in from non-institutional and qualified institutional investors.
The public offer received bids for over 9.93 crore equity shares against 1.57 crore equities open for public issue, as per the data available with the National Stock Exchange (NSE).
Non-institutional investors bid for over 2.93 crore shares (10.69 times) against 27.44 shares reserved for them.
In the qualified institutional buyers category, for whom the company had reserved 64.03 lakh shares, the IPO received bids for over 6.37 crore equities (9.95 times), the NSE data shows.
