Mayur Uniquoters Board declares Interim Dividend

Mayur Uniquoters Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on November 23, 2009, has declared interim dividend of Rs. 2/- per fully paid up equity share of Rs. 10/- each i.e. @ 20% out of the profits of the current year.
