Oil & Natural Gas Corporation Ltd (ONGC) has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on December 18, 2009, for considering declaration of interim dividend.
Further the Company has informed that, December 23, 2009 has been fixed as the Record Date for the purpose of payment of Interim Dividend for the Financial Year 2009-10.
