Siemens Healthcare Diagnostics Ltd has informed BSE that a Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on November 26, 2009 to approve the Audited Financial Results for the year ended September 30, 2009 & to recommend dividend, if any, on the equity shares for the year ended September 30, 2009.
