Triveni Engineering Board recommends Final Dividend

Triveni Engineering & Industries Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on November 19, 2009, subject to the approval of the shareholders, recommended a final dividend of Rs. 0.70 per equity share (70%) for the accounting year 2008-09, which along with interim dividend earlier paid, aggregating to Re. 1/- per equity share (100%) for the FY 2009.
