Arihant Foundations Board recommends Final Dividend

Arihant Foundations & Housing Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on December 28, 2009, has recommended final dividend of 10% (Rs. 1 per share) on the paid-up equity shares of face value of Rs. 10/- each, subject to the approval of shareholders.
