GHCL Board recommends Dividend

GHCL Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on December 01, 2009, has recommended Dividend Rs. 2.00 per equity share (@ 20% on the paid up capital) for the financial year ended on March 31, 2009, subject to the approval of the shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting of the Company to be held on December 31, 2009.
