Signet Overseas fixes Record Date for Bonus Issue

Signet Overseas Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company has fixed December 14, 2009 as the 'Record Date' for determining the members of the Company who will be entitled to receive Two fully paid bonus equity share for every one existing fully paid equity share of Rs. 10/- each of the Company as approved by the members of the Company at the Extra Ordinary General Meeting held on November 30, 2009 ('Bonus Shares').
