Splash Media Works Ltd has informed BSE that December 24, 2009 has been fixed as the Record Date for the purpose of issue of bonus shares in proportion of Three new equity bonus share of Rs. 10/- each for every One existing fully paid equity share of Rs. 10/- each held.
