Banswara Syntex Board approves Interim Dividend

Banswara Syntex Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on January 05, 2010, has approved payment of Interim Dividend @ Rs. 1.50 per share on equity shares of the Company to the shareholders whose name is appeared on the Record Date.
