Emerging markets: Manufacturing data spurs cross-asset rally
Emerging markets set off 2010 with a burst of buying after record-breaking manufacturing data from China and the best showing for US factories in nearly four years. Increases in manufacturing is a good sign for emerging markets where much of the world's raw materials are mined, collected and shipped to factories in both the developed and developing world.
