In today's trade FII's sold Rs 361.67 crores and the DII's bought Rs 22.54 crores net in the equity markets.Nifty closed down by 0.93 percent from previous close at 5225.65 with only 7 stocks advancing and 43 declining from the Nifty50 companies.Index Put Call Ratio at 1.04, IFCI still in F&O ban and India VIX closed at 22.34 up 3.67 percent from yesterdays close.
