FII's sold Rs 362.76 crores and the DII's bought Rs 454.86 crores in the equity markets today.Nifty closed at 5210.40 down 0.74 percent from previous close with 8 stocks advancing and 42 declining from Nifty50 companies.Index Put Call Ratio at 1.04 and India VIX closed up by 1.76 percent at 23.08.(Investors feel that Nifty is in new high and it is best to exit from longs and wait and watch for next move.)
