GMM Pfaudler Board approves Third Interim Dividend

GMM Pfaudler Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on January 25, 2010, inter alia, has approved payment of third Interim Dividend @ Rs. 0.70 per share of 14,617,500 Equity Shares of Rs. 2/- each, aggregating to Rs. 10,232,250/- for the year 2009-10.
