Kanani Industries Board declares interim dividend
Kanani Industries Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on January 18, 2010, declared interim dividend of Re 0.25 (@ 5% of Rs 5/- per share) on 1,79,88,000 equity shares of Rs 5/- each.
