Punjab National Bank Board declares Interim Dividend

Punjab National Bank has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on January 27, 2010, inter alia, has declared Interim Dividend of Rs. 10/- (Rupees ten) per equity share of Rs. 10/- each i.e. @ 100% of the paid up capital for the F.Y. 2009-10 to the eligible shareholders.
