Thangamayil Jewellery Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on March 15, 2010, has Declared an Interim Dividend (for the year 2009-10) of Rs. 3/- (Rupees Three only) per share (face value of Rs. 10/- each).
