3G auction: 16 rounds completed by Day 3 - CNBC-TV18 -: "Six rounds of the 3G auction have been completed today, reports CNBC-TV18's Aakansha Sethi. A total of sixteen rounds have been completed so far.
The all-India price at the end of round 16 stands at Rs 4,324 crore, up by Rs 239 crore. Government revenue at the end of round 16 stands at Rs 17,636 crore, up by Rs 970 crore from the end of day two.
Excess demand is seen in eight circles -- Delhi, Mumbai, Gujarat, Tamil Nadu, Kerala, Uttar Pradesh (East), Uttar Pradesh (West), and Rajasthan."
