: Gujarat surpassed Delhi to emerge as the most valuable circle with a bid of Rs 460 crore, while the all-India licence price increased to Rs 4,583 crore on the fourth day of 3G spectrum auction on Tuesday.
The all-India bid on Day 4 rose to Rs 4,583 crore, 31 percent higher than the base price of Rs 3,500 crore.
