Today Nifty Index closed at 5304.45 down 1.31 percent from previous close with Advance /Decline ratio of nifty50 companies at 10:1 and FII's net buyers Rs 62.20 crores and the DII's net sold Rs 93.62 crores in the cash market segment (FII's net sold Rs 302.31 crores in the derivatives segment). Index Put Call Ratio at 1.23 , India VIX closed 15.01 percent up from previous close at 19.92 indicating huge voltility in the market and KFA still in F&O ban.
