Talwalkars fixes IPO price band at 123-128 rupees/shr: "Mumbai: Fitness chain Talwalkars Better Value Fitness Ltd said on Monday it has priced its initial public offering to raise up to 774.4 million rupees at 123 rupees to 128 rupees a share.
The issue to sell 6.05 million shares will constitute 25.09 percent of the fully diluted post issue paid-up capital of the company, it said in a statement.
