Asian Hotels Board recommends Dividend
Asian Hotels Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on November 25, 2009, has recommended a dividend of 10% (Re. 1/- per share) to the equity shareholdings for the period under review.
