Walchandnagar Industries Board recommends Dividend
Walchandnagar Industries Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on November 25, 2009, has recommended Dividend of Rs 1/- per Equity Share (50%) subject to the approval of the shareholders.
