Ashirwad Capital Board declares Interim Dividend

Ashirwad Capital Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on December 18, 2009, has declared Interim Dividend of Re. 0.11 per equity share of Re. 1/- each (11.00%) aggregating to Rs. 44,00,000.00 on paid up capital of Rs. 4,00,00,000/- of the Company.
