ONGC Board declares Interim Dividend

Oil & Natural Gas Corporation Ltd (ONGC) has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on December 18, 2009, have declared an Interim Dividend of Rs. 18 (Rs. Eighteen) per equity share of Rs. 10 each for the Financial Year 2009-10.
