Bajaj Hindusthan Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on December 15, Recommended dividend on equity shares of the Company @ 70% (i.e. @ Rs 0.70 per equity share of the face value of Re 1/- each) for the year 2008-09, for approval by the shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting of the Company
