Rural Electrification Board to consider Interim Dividend

Rural Electrification Corporation Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on December 30, 2009, inter alia, to consider declaration of Interim Dividend for the year 2009-10.Further the Company has informed that, January 05, 2010 has been fixed as the Record Date for the purpose of payment of Interim dividend, if declared by the Board.
