Diamond Cables fixes Record Date for Bonus Issue

Diamond Cables Ltd has informed BSE that December 17, 2009 has been fixed as the Record Date for determining the members of the Company, who will be entitled to receive ONE fully paid bonus equity share of Rs. 10/- each for every THREE existing fully paid equity shares of Rs. 10/- each of the Company.
