Jaiprakash Associates fixes Record Date for Bonus Issue

Jaiprakash Associates Ltd has informed BSE that the Company has fixed December 18, 2009 as the Record Date for the purpose of determination of Members who are entitled to receive the Bonus Shares in the ratio of ONE Bonus Equity Share of Rs. 2/- for every TWO Equity Shares of Rs. 2/- each held in the Company, in terms of the Shareholders' approval accorded through Postal Ballot on December 08, 2009. The said Bonus shares shall be allotted by the Company on December 19, 2009.
