Engineers India Board declares Interim Dividend

Engineers India Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on December 15, 2009, Considered the proposal of "declaration of Interim Dividend - 2009-2010 on Equity Shares" and declared an Interim Dividend of Rs. 6.00 (Rupees six only) per share (on the face value of Rs. 10/- each) of the Company for the financial year 2009-2010.
