Gail India Board to consider Dividend

Gail India Ltd has now informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is now scheduled to be held on December 21, 2009, to consider proposal of interim dividend.Further the Company has informed that, the 'Record Date' for the purpose of payment of the said dividend, if so approved by the Board, has been fixed for the 'December 29, 2009'.
