India Nippon Board declares Interim Dividend

India Nippon Electricals Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on December 21, 2009, has declared an interim dividend of Rs. 3.50 per share on 80,79,080, equity shares absorbing an amount of Rs. 2,82,76,780, for the year April 2009 - March 2010.
