International Conveyors Ltd has informed BSE that December 11, 2009 has been fixed as the Record Date for the purpose of:
1. Sub-division/ stock split of Rs. 10/- per share of the Company into the shares of Re. 1/- each.
2. Issue of bonus shares in the ratio of 1:1 (i.e. one equity share of Re. 1/- each for every equity share of Re. 1/- each held).
