Intra Infotech Board recommends Bonus Shares

Intra Infotech Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on December 03, 2009, inter alia, have considered and approved the issue of Bonus Shares to the Shareholders of the Company in the proportion of 2:1, i.e. 2 (Two) Bonus Equity Shares of Rs. 1/- each for every 1 (One) existing fully paid Equity Share of Rs. 1/- (Rs. One) each held by such members.
