KRONE Communications Board recommends Dividend
KRONE Communications Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on November 12, 2009, has recommended payment of Dividend @ 15% (Rs. 1.50 per equity share of Rs. 10/-) for the year 2009.
