Rural Electrification Board declares Interim Dividend

Rural Electrification Corporation Ltd(RECL) has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on December 30, 2009, have decided, to pay interim dividend at the rate of Rs. 3/- per equity share on the face value of fully paid-up equity shares of Rs. 10/- each for the financial year 2009-10.
