Lancor Holdings Board declares Interim Dividend

Lancor Holdings Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on December 24, 2009, has declared interim dividend @ Rs. 1/- per share (50% on the shares of the face value of Rs 2/-) for the financial year 2009-2010, in view of Silver Jubilee Celebration.
