Power Grid Corporation of India Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on January 06, 2010,to consider and declare Interim Dividend, if any, for the year 2009-10.
Further the Company has informed that, January 12, 2010 as the 'RECORD DATE' for the purpose of ascertaining the eligibility of the Shareholders for payment of Interim Dividend, if declared, by the Board of Directors.
