Accel Front - Board declares Interim Dividend

Accel Frontline Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on March 10, 2010, have declared an interim dividend of 15% (Rs. 1.50/- per Equity share) out of the profits of the Company for the financial year ended March 31, 2010 to all the shareholders.
