Prism Cement - Board declares 2nd Interim Dividend

Prism Cement Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on March 10, 2010, has declared 2nd Interim Dividend of Rs. 1.50 per share on 50,33,56,580 Equity Shares of Rs. 10/- each, absorbing a sum of Rs. 88.34 Crores (including Dividend Distribution Tax of Rs. 12.84 Crores), for the financial year 2009-2010.
